We accept online payments as well as onboard payments at the end of your journey in cash or by credit card, directly with the driver. For online payments, you will receive a link to pay on our website in the confirmation email of your booking.

If it is a delay, you just need to contact us by email indicating the reservation number or by phone, we are also reachable via WhatsApp. However, if you provided your flight number when making your reservation, we will be automatically notified of the delay. If it is a cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of online payment, we will process the refund of your payment in the hours following your cancellation.

To book for a group of more than 8-9 people, we can arrange transportation for a group either with several vehicles or with a single vehicle (a car or bus by quotation only via email).

You just need to fill out the online form or click on the 'Make your reservation' tab. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message with all the details of your reservation and the price of the trip in the next few minutes following your reservation.
